How does the Instructional calendar work?
If you don't use an online calendar like Calendly, you can simply tell Zenplus your general business availability (e.g., 'Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM'). Our AI will then use these rules to guide callers towards booking appointments within your working hours.
How do Outbound Campaigns work?
Our Pro plan allows you to upload your own list of existing contacts or past leads. You configure a script and a schedule, and our platform initiates follow-up calls on your behalf. It's a powerful tool for re-engaging old quotes or drumming up new business from your existing client base.
What happens if I go over my included monthly minutes?
If you exceed your plan's included minutes, any additional usage is billed at the clear per-minute overage rate listed for your plan. There are no surprise fees.
What is the 'Performance Fee'?
For our Pro plan, in addition to the subscription, we charge a small fee for each appointment that is successfully booked by an Outbound Campaign. This aligns our success with yours—we only make more when you're getting more booked jobs. This fee does not apply to inbound calls.
